who am I?
Corny as can be, I was the "Everything Guy" to my middle school friends. I'm proud to say that I still am.
Between animating full MVs, mixing audio, designing and concocting masterpieces both in 2D and 3D, and even dancing on stage- I do it all and I love EVERY SINGLE PART OF IT. I'm a multidisciplinary artist because I can't just pick one thing; every medium is another voice I can use to connect, express, uplift, and, most importantly, heal.
What drives me isn't just the act of creating, it's the hope that my work can help someone smile again; whether someone's in a dark place or has lost their spark in a world that's growing more and more chaotic, noisy, to the point you can't even hear yourself think, I want to be the reminder that positivity is still out there. That's what I've decided to do with my abilities: to use creativity as a driving force to make someone somewhere smile again. Whether that means I have to be goofy, dramatic, loud, or even embarrassing to make it happen, if someone finds joy, healing, or hope because of what I made, I'll say it was worth it every time.
My work is all about contrast and emotional depth- whether that's high-energy action in the bustling cities like in HIBIKASE or the serene classrooms of Losstime Memory, or even if you're looking at this in the future, you might have noticed my story-driven, abstract, or dream-like sequences. I don't have a preference because to have a preference means giving up that contrast between extremes to keep EVERYONE feeling something- that range is part of my strength.
And if you're wondering what's behind all those projects, the hyper-organized would be pleased. Systems. Spreadsheets. Folders. Flowcharts. Be it mixing in Reaper or animating in Davinci Resolve, I plan with intention. Yet, the chaotic would be just fine working with me because I adapt to the project's needs. Yet, I never lose sight of the vision that started it all or the people who I work with.
I'm the everything guy because I don't just dabble- I dedicate. It takes a couple of hours to figure out how Blender works, but it takes dedication to figure out how you can use it in the context of singing or dancing. I don't see being a "jack of all trades" as a weakness. I see it as power. I want to blur boundaries, bend genres, and show that when art speaks every language, it can reach every heart.
